• Description: This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) permits Energy Storage Resources (ESRs) with unmetered non-Wholesale Storage Load (WSL) from system protection equipment such as current-limiting reactors to utilize calculated auxiliary Load values when the non-WSL from the protective equipment is less than 15 kWh per charge cycle.
